Program "Youth Center": the objectives of this program is to ensure opportunities for young people for their quality free time,
improving the quality of life of young people in local and regional community, supporting civil society organizations through technical assistance providing the place for activities
as well as the implementation of the County Youth Program and support for the implementation of youth programs at the local level.
